How does the repair program work?
Start by sending us a photo of the damage. If it can be fixed, post the gear to us and we will repair it at cost, usually within two weeks.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within two working days and usually arrive within a week. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Can I return gear I have used?
Yes, within 30 days. Take it on a trip, and if it is not right for you, send it back clean and dry and we will refund you in full.
